My grown kids still watch it every year. None of us can imagine this season without the peanuts Christmas special. One of my favs. The Christmas specials back in the 60’s and early 70’s were the best, no comparison. We have lost The true meaning! Its what you want to get for Christmas its what you have!Your family, health, friends, home and above all love for everyone! The soundtrack is some of the best music ever written! Nice job Vince! saw an interview with Charles Schultz one time. They talked about the making of this film. The producers were afraid of keeping this part in. Thank You , I love this Charlie Brown Christmas but until today I did not realize the significance of Linus dropping his blanket.
